Since 1994, Ruppert Homes, Inc. has been building homes throughout the Baltimore region.  Many of our customers have taken advantage of our capabilities and experience to build custom homes.  In the event that a customer is interested in this process, Ruppert Homes, Inc. offers the following processes:

-Customization of a stock floor plan to fit the needs of the customer

-Participation in the design process of a new floor plan, as an Owner's Representative, in conjunction with the customer's architect or design professional(s) or

-Management of the design of new floor plan, after meeting with the customer to determine their needs, by acting as a General Contractor and hiring directly the appropriate design professionals to complete the design of the new home.

Ruppert Homes, Inc. offers these services on any individual lot that we have in inventory, on any customer owned lot and, at times, in the communities developed by Ruppert Homes, Inc.
