Established in 1994, Ruppert Homes, Inc. is a locally owned home building and land development company.   Over the years, we have been successfully completed many types of homes and projects in both suburban and urban settings around the Baltimore region:

• renovation

The sizes of our projects have ranged from one-off custom homes on client-owned building lots to master planned communities consisting of a mix of nearly 300 single family homes and townhomes.
